There are standard speed limits in Norway (unless otherwise stated by traffic signs):
Speed limits for motorcycles and passenger cars (up to 3t):

There are 8 new road sections in Norway, where the maximum allowed speed of driving is 110 km/h.:
The maximum allowed speed of driving, in residential areas, is no more than 30 km/h.
You need to pay a special attention to the "humps on the road" that usually placed before the pedestrian crossing.
